Comments (0) | The San Luis Obispo Blues summer collegiate baseball team defeated the Oakland Expos 6-3 Friday at Allan Hancock College at the Santa Maria Valley Packers Invitational.
C.J. Cron had a game-high four hits and two runs scored for the Blues (22-7), who got two hits apiece from both R.J. Etchebarren and Jake Atwell.
Jarret Dunnam (5-0) scattered six hits and yielded one earned run in six innings while earning the win. He had six strikeouts and didn’t walk any batters.
Matt O’Neal picked up the save for San Luis Obispo, which led 5-1 after five innings.

Five Rattlers pitchers saw action, combining for 15 strikeouts.
Bob Mott (2-1), a Mission Prep alumnus now with the University of San Francisco, hurled two perfect innings in relief, collecting five strikeouts while earning the win. Adam Clerici picked up the save.
Cal Poly sophomore-to-be Mason Radeke started, giving up two hits and an earned run in 12⁄3 innings.
At the plate, the Rattlers (18-8, 9-7 California Collegiate League) were led by Paso Robles High and Cuesta College product Jake Domingos, who was 1 for 3 with an RBI and a run scored.
