The Templeton High boys soccer team beat Nipomo 2-0 on Thursday in Templeton.
After a scoreless first half, Trentyn Cross finished a corner kick to give the Titans the lead.
Bryson Twissleman added an insurance goal on a pass from Austin Alarcon, and Justin Peterson had seven saves for Templeton (7-11-1, 4-7-1 Los Padres League).

Mayra Bautista put home a corner kick from Kristy Chavez early in the second half for the Titans (10-6-2, 10-1-1 LPL).

Chloe Lindsey and Emma Hotaling both scored in the second half to bring the Pirates (6-14-1, 4-7-1 LPL) within two before Lompoc added a goal in the final 10 minutes.

Agoura 11, Arroyo Grande 2
Isabella Solis and Brittany Winn had a goal apiece as the Eagles lost their first game at the SoCal Championships in Irvine.
Emily Sonny and Kayla Mankins split time in goal with four and two saves, respectively, against the second-ranked team in CIF-Southern Section Division 2.
Arroyo Grande continues play against Laguna Beach today.
