Sierra Schwellenbach and the Morro Bay High girls basketball team breezed past Nipomo, 61-20, Monday to set up a showdown of Los Padres League unbeatens.
Schwellenbach scored a game-high 31 points, including seven 3-pointers, for the Pirates (11-1, 4-0 LPL), who host Templeton at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Julia Fonturbel scored 10 first-half points for Morro Bay, which led 20-3 after one quarter and 33-7 at halftime.
Taylor Nevitt scored eight points to lead Nipomo (4-13, 2-2 LPL).

Mari Stewart scored 18 points and grabbed 18 rebounds to lead the Eagles (12-2, 2-0 LPL) in their first home game of the season.
Marissa Torres had 17 points and Autumn Russell recorded four points and nine rebounds for Templeton, which led 28-9 at halftime.
The Eagles played four road games and nine games on neutral courts prior to Monday’s home opener.
Nipomo 62, Morro Bay 43
Isiah Ojeda scored a game-high 20 points to help the Titans (3-13, 1-3 LPL) win their first league game of the season.
Trevor Small chipped in four points, seven assists and seven steals, as Nipomo led 18-7 after one quarter and 31-20 at halftime. Matt Ramsey scored 15 points for the Titans.
Solomon Ruddell had 10 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Pirates (1-17, 0-3 LPL).

Dani Diaz and Taylor Witcher registered goals for the Titans (5-7-2).
Diaz’s tally in the first half came on an assist by Myra Bautista. Witcher’s second-half goal was unassisted.
