San Luis Obispo High girls track and field standout Abrianna Torres set four meet records on her way to four event wins at the Alisal Invitational in Salinas on Saturday.
Torres won the girls 300 hurdles in 45.87 seconds, the 100 hurdles in 15.01, the long jump with a mark of 19 feet and the triple jump after leaping 37-7.
Spencer Lemons was a two-event winner for the Tigers in the boys long jump with a mark of 21-51⁄2 feet and the triple jump with a mark of 41-01⁄4.
Bridget Devaney won the girls discus for San Luis Obispo with a distance of 113-8, and Elena Clarck placed first in the girls pole vault with a mark of 11 feet.
Mikaylah Williams won the girls 200 in 26.77 and the 400 in 61.23 for the Tigers.
Nipomo picks up softball sweep
Courtney Cuzick picked up a pair of wins for the Nipomo High softball team, allowing a total of five hits and no earned runs with 13 strikeouts in nine innings of work in a doubleheader sweep of Carpinteria.
Tessa Underwood was 4 for 7 on the day, hitting a home run and a triple while Katie Fugate added four hits, including a two-run triple in the opener, a 5-3 Nipomo win.
Cuzick helped her own cause at the plate with three hits for the Titans (7-12), who also got three hits from Ari Hulsizer. Vanessa Campos added her first home run for Nipomo.
The Titans rallied from a 5-2 deficit in the seventh inning of the late game, scoring six runs in the final inning to win 8-5.
