I’m not one to write regularly to The Tribune, but I’m compelled to do so because of the unfortunate conduct by one of the district attorney candidates. I feel the DA’s Office has been and should continue to be above reproach.
Recently, one candidate and his committee have been running a campaign that seems to be full of half-truths and veiled accusations. Is his campaign so weak that his only hope is to twist and fabricate information about his opponent instead of running on his own merit? I have trouble trusting how this individual will be able to conduct himself should he win the election and it causes me to believe the deputy district attorneys are right about their lack of support.
I now firmly believe Dan Dow is the right person to run the District Attorney’s Office. Thank you Dan Dow for staying true to your principles and running on your own merit instead of slinging mud.
