I recently retired from the District Attorney’s Office after 27 years as director of the Victim/Witness Assistance Division — the largest provider of crime victim services in the county. I was privileged to serve our community under the leadership of three highly respected and dedicated district attorneys.
Over the past 21 years, I worked closely with Tim Covello on several complex and high-profile prosecutions (the Rex Krebs case and the five co-defendant case involving victim Dystiny Myers). From 2007 to 2013, I also served with Covello on the DA management team and observed his work on policy development, personnel and budget and the rollout of a new DA case management system.
I support Covello for district attorney and volunteer on his campaign because he has the extensive prosecution and management experience, honesty, integrity, work ethic and vision we need in a district attorney.
I am honored to join District Attorney Gerry Shea and numerous law enforcement and community leaders in supporting Tim Covello for our next district attorney.
