In a previous letter, I suggested that Tribune readers should read all of the paper. On March 18, there was — on the back page and in small print — a proposal to study the feasibility of the Morro Bay Wave Park Project. They would use energy of the ocean waves to generate electricity. This has been talked about for years, but to see that it really is being proposed was big news to me. I know it’s a long way off, but perhaps notice of such a proposal could have been on The Tribune’s front page.
