Thank you for the outstanding article, “Symphony set in stone,” (The Tribune, Nov. 27).
Having been a former usher at the Performing Arts Center for many years, I was fortunate to hear Clif Swanson in many performances.
Once again, in his creation in stone, he has demonstrated his artistry.
The article is a breath of fresh air; it was informative entertaining and inspirational.
Kudos to Connie Pillsbury. She was able to capture the essence of the maestro, transform it into words and put it on paper.
I only feel sorry for that poor guy hung up by his thumbs against the tower wall.
