With all due respect: The city and county management of Paso Robles are bordering on lunacy. One article this past month describes the water crisis and what efforts are being considered to help the vineyards and private property. The article directly below that one excitedly described plans being made to build a development creating 35 new homes, a hotel and I think, a shopping center. What is going on here?
Private citizens are using their life savings to sink wells, trying to reach water, and new homes are being planned. Am I the only one who thinks that emergency elections should be held and every member of these boards replaced or sent to mental institutions for help? We are not familiar with drought, but people who are should be hired to work on this problem.
