Come on, people. The news has put it out there that the price of eggs will break your bank. They just want to hear their own words for ratings.
Think! If one person ate one egg per day, that is 2 1/2 dozen eggs per month.
This month, those eggs would cost me about $7.50. Last month it would have been about $3.25.
How many times do you spend $3 and not think about it? Like one more trip to Starbucks.
The price increase is a direct result of recent legislation — if you agree with the legislation, then do not complain. If not, then call your representative in Sacramento.
My bigger problem is the part of our population that wants California to be a leading state for these kinds of laws — laws that puts more squeeze on each and every one of us.
Think about it!
