Like many who live in our area, I have in the past complained bitterly about the poor customer service of Charter Communications.
Happily, I now wish to express my appreciation to Charter for what seems to have been a vast improvement.
Today, I wanted to replace the cable modem for my Internet connection. To do so, it is necessary to contact Charter to reconfigure the new modem address. Based on past experience, I anticipated an ordeal.
Much to my surprise, my calls to their tech support were picked up promptly and although three separate calls (due to no fault of Charter) were required, each time I was promptly and efficiently as sisted by a representative. This is a giant leap in mankind! Kudos to Charter and I hope they do keep up this good work.
