U.S. contract to buy supercomputer from China puts us 3rd place for weather forecasting

When it comes to powerful computers for weather forecasting, the European Center and Canada beat the U.S. A contract to buy an IBM supercomputer to fix the situation is delayed, now that China has bought that division of IBM.
