Deadline to turn in ballots for SLO City Council race is 8 p.m.

It's the last day for registered voters to turn in their ballots to fill the vacant seat on the San Luis Obispo City Council. The three candidates are Paul Brown, Carlyn Christianson and Donald Hedrick.
