Waiting for the wizardry: Fans line up for 'Harry Potter' at SLO's Fremont theater

closeHundreds of Harry Potter fans — many in wizard-themed attire — rounded the block outside the Fremont theater in San Luis Obispo on Tuesday in advance of today’s 12:01 a.m. showing of “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.”
According to the Los Angeles Times, more than 4,500 such showings were sold out nationwide.
“This is my favorite book from the Harry Potter series, and I’m really excited the movie will be out soon,” said Casey Blauer, a San Luis Obispo High School student who lined up for the show. “But I am a little disappointed it’s rated PG.”

- Don't use all capital letters. That's akin to yelling and not appreciated by the audience.

You also may notify us via email at webmaster@sanluisobispo.com. Note the headline on which the comment is made and tell us the profile name of the user who made the comment. Remember, comment moderation is subjective. You may find some material objectionable that we won't and vice versa.
If you submit a comment, the username of your account will appear along with it. Users cannot remove their own comments once they have submitted them, but you may ask our staff to retract one of your comments by sending an email to webmaster@sanluisobispo.com. Again, make sure you note the headline on which the comment is made and tell us your profile name.
