The public is invited to attend guided tours of the Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo high school campuses on several Saturdays before voting Nov. 4 on a $177 million bond measure that would be used to repair and renovate the campuses.
The San Luis Coastal Unified School District put the measure on the ballot to pay for improvements at all three of its high school campuses. The third school is Pacific Beach High.
The Saturday tours are scheduled for:
- Sept. 13: 10 a.m. at San Luis Obispo High School with Principal Leslie O’Connor.
- Sept. 20: 10 a.m. at Morro Bay High School with Principal Kyle Pruitt.
- Sept. 27: 10 a.m. at San Luis Obispo High with the principal.
- Oct. 4: 10 a.m. at Morro Bay High with the principal.
Visitors are asked to gather at the front of the campuses by 10 a.m.; no latecomers, please.
