Renovation of Atascadero's Monterey Road Elementary School is complete

A ribbon-cutting ceremony at Monterey Road Elementary School will be held Thursday to mark the end of the first major renovation project funded by the $117 million school improvement bond measure approved by local voters in November 2010.
