Flipping off a neighbor and other police calls from Paso Robles and SLO

A resident said his neighbor passed his vehicle that morning and flipped him off. When the resident asked his neighbor why, the neighbor said “because you are always following me.” The resident said he’s never followed the man and wanted to talk to an officer.
