A customer at Walmart said someone left a note on the door of their car about their bad parking and the vehicle was vandalized.

A resident said the neighbors put their dog out in the yard to bark during the nighttime hours.

White powder in a plastic bag was found in the locker of an employee who had been arrested over the weekend on drug-related charges. Officers determined the substance was cornstarch.

A woman said she had proof her employer was not paying her tips from credit card receipts. She wanted to press criminal charges but didn’t want an officer to contact her employer. She was asked again if she wanted assistance, and said no.
Misidentified object 9:38 a.m. Sept. 7, 1800 block of Ponderosa Lane in Paso Robles
A resident found a black rubber balloon with an unknown substance inside it near their vehicle. The person called back to cancel and said it was a pair of rubber gloves.
Messing up my game 11:49 a.m. Sept. 7, 1100 Spring St. in Paso Robles
A man said he was trying to play horseshoes in the park and a man in a wheelchair was bumming cigarettes and lying on the ground causing a “distraction.” The man was very upset and wanted an officer to do a walk-through of the park when available.
Hot commodities 7:48 a.m. Sept. 11, 1800 block of Spooner in San Luis Obispo
Recyclables were stolen from blue bins.
