McKinley Ray Thomas, 20, of Los Osos was wanted on suspicion of participating in a burglary that took place at an apartment on the 2100 block of Main Street after 5 a.m. Sunday morning.
Thomas and two other suspects — Eric Ross Jr., 30, of Morro Bay, and Darrell Marquis Switzer, 19, of Bakersfield — allegedly burglarized the apartment, held the residents against their will and battered them. Two of the residents were injured.
Ross and Switzer were arrested Sunday after police located them in another apartment of the complex and they surrendered without incident.
The Morro Bay Police Department did not have a watch commander available to comment early Monday about how Thomas was located.
Thomas, Ross, and Switzer were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on one count of burglary, a felony count of false imprisonment with violence, a felony count of battery with serious bodily injury, and a misdemeanor battery charge.
