Someone reported a loud sheep. It was an ongoing problem.
Makings of a country song4:48 p.m. July 15, 8200 El Camino Real
Someone stole beer and dog food worth $72 from Albertsons. The suspect had a beard and was wearing a bandana and a white tank top.
Confusion in the mist8:03 p.m. July 15, Morro and Portola roads
A resident reported a possible vegetation fire about a mile away. He called back to cancel, saying he checked and it was fog.

Six or seven bike riders were reportedly riding around the lake with no regard for the walkers.
The ’80s called 11:39 a.m. July 17, 500 block of North Ferrocarril Road
A resident reported the theft of sunglasses and a cassette tape from her vehicle.

A citizen said someone stole a cowboy hat and CDs from his unlocked vehicle.

Someone was reportedly smoking drugs in a vehicle. Officers said they were stuck in traffic and could not reach the vehicle.
Yard waste4:41 p.m. July 18, 10000 block of Atascadero Avenue
A resident said the neighbors had a refrigerator in their yard with a sign saying “free.”
Regular rendezvous1:42 p.m. July 19, 8195 El Camino Real
Two suspicious vehicles had been parking behind a business for months, and an employee thought they might be involved in drug sales. Officers contacted the people, who worked at the business next door and were meeting others for lunch.
This little piggy didn’t stay home8:08 p.m. July 19, 4610 San Anselmo Road
A resident said there was a large domestic pig in front of his house. The pig was corralled, but no one was able to locate its owners. Early the next morning, a woman called police to say she had lost her pig. She said she went to where it had been corralled, but it got loose again.
