UPDATE 8:15 p.m.: A man walked into the Bank of America branch at 6905 Capistrano Ave. in Atascadero on Friday and demanded money from one of the tellers, according to Atascadero police.
No weapon was seen, but the man indicated he was armed.
The robber fled on foot just after the 4:17 p.m. heist with an unknown amount of money.
The robber is described as a thin, 6-foot tall, white male in a khaki button-down shirt and work boots.
