Wasting electricity12:38 a.m. Oct. 24, 6900 block of Portola RoadA resident said his neighbor’s garage light was on, but his neighbor wasn’t home. Officers said the house checked secure.
No trespassing12:57 a.m. Oct. 24, Juarez AvenueA resident said a teenager walked through the back of his property.
Wrong number2:08 p.m. Oct. 27, 3600 block of El Camino RealAn elderly man called 911, but was unable to tell dispatchers why. Officers said he checked out OK, and it was just a misdial.
Noise pollution6:26 p.m. Oct. 27, 4300 block of Cayucos AvenueA resident said music coming from a neighbor’s garage was becoming more vulgar.
False report8:09 p.m. Oct. 27, 9400 El Camino RealA man said he was threatened by the owner of a local business. Officers contacted all involved and determined the man who called police was the offending party.
