A Nipomo man wanted in connection with alleged felony threats and misdemeanor assault surrendered to Sheriff’s deputies Friday.
Jesse Alexander Ramey, 63, was subject of what deputies called an intensive ground and aerial search Thursday near his home near Guadalupe and Oso Flaco roads in Nipomo. Details of the alleged incident were not available Friday night.
Deputies said Ramey walked into Sheriff’s Department headquarters on Kansas Avenue in San Luis Obispo about 1:30 p.m. Friday and surrendered.
Ramey was arrested on suspicion of two counts of threatening crime with intent to terrorize, misdemeanor battery and contempt of court. He was held Friday night at County Jail on $100,000 bail.
