The San Miguel Advisory Council will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, at the Community Building in the park.

The council is a liaison between the San Miguel area and the county planning department and Board of Supervisors.
Symphony of the Vines will present “Concertos for Two” at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at Mission San Miguel, featuring works by Vivaldi, Dittersdorf, Telemann, and Giaminiani.
Tickets are $30 for general admission, $27 for seniors and $15 for students.
Mass at San Antonio
On Saturday, Oct. 31, at Mission San Antonio de Padua in Lockwood, Bishop Richard Garcia will celebrate the Day of the Dead and canonization of Father Junipero Serra at a special 1 p.m. mass.
Music will be provided by John Warren’s New World Baroque Orchestra. A light reception will follow. The mission is located on Fort Hunter Liggett. Be sure to carry identification for people and vehicles, and obey speed limits.
Friday Night Ribs from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Community Building in the park on K Street benefits the San Miguel Lions Club projects. Friday Bingo with refreshments at the San Miguel Senior Center on East 12th Street at 6 p.m. benefits the upkeep of the Senior Center.
