“Viva! Rotary Around the World” – an evening of wine, fun, fellowship and entertainment – will be held from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Oct. 4 by the Rotary Club of Cambria Foundation.
The club’s 17th annual Viva fundraising event will be at the Hearst Warehouse by the Sea, at the historic Hearst warehouse complex overlooking the Pacific at the William Randolph Hearst State Park in Old San Simeon.
Proceeds benefit local Rotary charities and projects, including scholarships for local high school seniors, sports equipment for local students, defibrillators for Cambria, and polio vaccines in developing countries.
Tickets cost $75 and can be bought at the Cambria Chamber of Commerce, as well as local Rotarians. Five hundred $50 grand raffle tickets are being sold for a chance to win one of six top prizes. For more information, call Roger Robinson (805) 927-2597 or Bruce Howard at (805) 927-5722.
Never miss a local story.
