North Coast advisers on Sept. 17 will revisit the development plan for the Cambria Community Services District’s 250-acre-foot-per-year emergency backup water treatment supply project and learn more about a recent, brief stop-work order at Centrally Grown restaurant, which is being rebuilt and renovated.
The North Coast Advisory Council also plans to soon honor Bob McLaughlin, who has resigned. McLaughlin, a former San Simeon Community Services District board member, has represented that community on the advisory council for years.
The council meeting will begin 6:30 p.m. at Rabobank, 1070 Main St.
Another project on the agenda would replace an existing home at 628 Huntington Road with a new 1,609-square-foot residence. The council also expects to hear from the services district about possible options for reducing the amount of accumulated refuse in and around downtown trash containers on weekends.
