UPDATE, 7 p.m.: The quake was felt from San Luis Obispo on the south to Bradley on the north, according to the USGS’s “Did You Feel It?” page.
No calls about the earthquake were received by the county Sheriff’s Office.
A minor earthquake measured at magnitude 3.8 rattled North County at 6:22 p.m.Thursday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake was centered about 4 miles underground.
Cambria residents reported feeling a sharp jolt that persisted for a second or two.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or property damage.
