Badger Ridge Enterprises has announced that it plans to open the The Cambria Pub & Steakhouse by the end of the summer in the East Village across from the Cambria Historical Museum, where Mustache Pete’s Italian Eatery used to be.
Cambria contractor Rob Maston, a member of the Badger Ridge partnership, will be the general manager and head bartender. Cambria Realtor Kim Maston, also a partner, will assist in running the restaurant and bar when she is not busy with real estate.“We are very excited to add another restaurant to the Cambria mix,” said Rob Maston. “We believe that if we have fun, so will our customers, and if we do well, it will help draw more people to Cambria and increase everyone’s success.”
The Cambria Pub & Steakhouse is a new venture dedicated to fresh and seasonal quality food served in a casual, fun atmosphere, according to the Mastons. The menu will primarily focus on locally raised beef, but will also include fish, poultry, and vegetarian dishes. There will be a full bar containing local area beer and wine, as well as top shelf and well liquor.
