Comments (0) | The 21-year-old man who was assaulted in downtown San Luis Obispo’s Bubblegum Alley early Oct. 25 has been moved out of intensive care at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, and his condition has been upgraded to fair, according to hospital spokesman Ron Yukelson.
Nathan Moore was found on the ground around 1:48 a.m. after a witness had reported to police that another white male — aged 20 to 25 years old, who had a buzz haircut and stood 5 foot 7 inches tall — hit Moore in the face.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of at least $1,000 for information in the case. Witnesses can contact the San Luis Obispo police at 781-7317 or leave information at Crime Stoppers at 549-STOP.
“We are still tracking down any witnesses who may have been in the area when the assault occurred,” police Capt. Chris Staley said.
