A 28-year-old Los Osos man was arrested Sunday after allegedly firing four shots inside an apartment after an argument with his girlfriend.

Jeramie Moses Marino is currently being held in County Jail on multiple charges for his alleged role in firing rounds in an apartment on the 2000 block of Andre Avenue in Los Osos.

A male neighbor called 911 saying “he’s shooting at me and trying to kill me” when rounds went into his apartment, striking a microwave and refrigerator.

Deputies determined the shots came from the adjacent apartment and arrested Marino.

A woman, identified as Marino’s girlfriend, exited the apartment from which the shots came, department officials said.

The unidentified woman alleged that Marino had fire four shots from a pistol after an argument and had ripped her cell phone from her, and disabled it to prevent her from calling for help.

Deputies seized a 40-caliber pistol, spent casings, extra magazines, a 223-caliber AR-15 rifle with extra loaded magazines, a gas mask and a scanner radio tuned to Sheriff’s department patrol frequencies.

Marino is being held on $250,000 bail.
