The merchants at 12th and Mission streets will hold a Harvest Fair on Friday from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Friday night, the Coffee Station will serve a farm-to-table supper and feature jams and jellies, local produce, farm-fresh eggs and just-baked sweets, with music from Jim “Kemo” Sanchez. The shops, including Jackson’s Old and New and the Treasure Locker plus the San Miguel Mercantile, will be open.
On Saturday, Jackson’s Old and New will hold a grand reopening.
Sonja Jackson spent nearly a month reorganizing, redecorating and adding new merchandise. She will feature up to 50 percent discounts on selected items. Rod Rally Car Show group to meet tonight
Tonight at 6, the Rod Rally Car Show Committee will meet at The Ranch downtown to begin planning next year’s show.

Mission San Antonio Day of the Dead Mass
On Oct. 25 at 1 p.m., a special Day of the Dead Mass will be celebrated at Mission San Antonio de Padua to honor the ancestors of the Salinian nation, followed by a ceremonial blessing of the Salinian burial ground there.
The Mission is located on Fort Hunter Liggett northeast of Camp Roberts. Take Jolon Road to Mission Road. Be sure to have identification and current registration and insurance information with you.
