A project to replace a traffic signal on southbound Highway 1 at the intersection of Dairy Creek Road/Hollister Avenue near Cuesta College will take place Monday.
The right hand lane of southbound Highway 1 will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The traffic signals at this intersection will be temporarily disabled to allow for the installation of the new electrical systems.
Motorists will encounter a four-way flashing red light while the work takes place. Caltrans said that motorists can expect delays not to exceed five minutes.
