Highway 101 through part of Paso Robles will be closed overnight Tuesday while the city works to widen and improve the 13th Street Bridge, according to a Caltrans news release.
The work include a full closure of northbound Highway 101 at Paso Robles Street from 9 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday. Motorists will detour off and on Highway 101 at Paso Robles Street.
The closure follows a similar detour to southbound Highway 101 that took place Monday night.
The bridge project is slated to be complete early next year. It’s part of a larger $10 million grant project to carry out roadwork on Highway 46 East and Highway 101, and on Riverside Avenue between 13th and 17th streets.
Never miss a local story.
Aside from the bridge, the entire effort is slated to wrap up in summer 2014.
