Scattered showers produced varied amounts of rainfall across San Luis Obispo County on Easter Sunday, reported local meteorologist John Lindsey.
The wettest station he monitored was at San Simeon, where .44 of an inch fell by noon Sunday. By contrast, the Paso Robles Airport only received .01 of an inch.
At the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport, .06 was measured, while Arroyo Grande had .04.
The storm system will move east overnight, Lindsey said. Except for morning fog, low clouds or drizzle, high pressure will rebuild Monday and make for fair and sunny days through Wednesday.
Another cold front may bring sprinkles as far south as Cambria on Thursday, but most rainfall should stay in Northern California, said Lindsey, a meteorologist with PG&E based in San Luis Obispo.
Next weekend will feature cool, windy weather, with night and morning fog and low clouds.
