Lois Capps to stop by Paso Robles’ Downtown City Park

U.S. Rep. Lois Capps, D-Santa Barbara, will be at Paso Robles’ Downtown City Park from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday to familiarize the public and businesses with the services her office provides, according a press release from her staff.
