Cuesta College police have arrested a San Luis Obispo man on suspicion of indecent exposure and drug possession, said Cuesta police Sgt. Ron Schram.
Denardo Andre James, 28, was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday when he allegedly exposed himself to a college employee who was helping him register. He was charged with possession of marijuana for sale, indecent exposure and possession of alcohol on a school campus.
He remains in San Luis Obispo County Jail without bail.
In January 2011, James was arrested by San Luis Obispo police on suspicion of attempting to rob a Chase Bank downtown on Chorro Street.
According to the television station WAFB in Baton Rouge, La., James was accused of exposing himself to a customer at a fast-food restaurant where he worked in July 2010.
