Two teenagers were arrested Friday morning after allegedly trying to break into a San Luis Obispo home.
Around 10:43 a.m., a resident called San Luis Obispo police saying two males were trying to get into the front door of a home in the 100 block of Los Cerros Street, according to a news release. The caller also said a 13-year-old might be alone inside the home.
The two males then went into the backyard of the home, the caller said, and the sound of glass breaking was heard.
When an officer arrived at the scene, the suspects ran away, but the resident who had called police was able to give officers a detailed description of the men and the direction they ran.

Officers searching the area found the suspects — Bronson Gonzalez, 18, and Darniel Tinoco, 19, both of San Luis Obispo — hiding behind a nearby church, according to the news release.
Gonzalez and Tinoco were arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and conspiracy and booked into County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
