7:25 a.m. April 3, 10165 El Camino Real
A resident reported a loud noise coming from a nearby apartment, and requested a police response. Officers contacted the neighbor, and determined the noise was from a ceiling fan.
2:09 p.m. April 3, 9315 Pismo Ave.
A person reported a subject playing around with a swan’s nest and eggs.
10:05 p.m. April 3, 7500 block of Pinal Avenue
A resident said a red sedan turned into her driveway and shined a spotlight. Officers determined it was a pizza delivery driver.

8:05 a.m. April 5, 5500 block of Rio Blanco Court
A resident said she was bitten by her own dog.
2:44 p.m. April 9, 5500 block of Portola Road
A resident reported the theft of a FedEx delivery. Taken was an mp3 player worth $440.
7:54 p.m. April 8, 9900 block of Atascadero Avenue
A resident reported the theft of a totem pole.
4:42 p.m. April 8, 5505 El Camino Real
A person came into the Police Department lobby and asked to speak with an officer about a traffic collision involving a Postal Service vehicle. The person said the Postal Service is denying knowledge of the collision and damage.

10:10 p.m. April 9, 100 block of Eagle Creek Court
A resident said someone was knocking on his door. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate anyone.
