2:12 p.m. Feb. 6, 500 Cypress St. in Pismo Beach
An employee of the Thomas Kinkade gallery said two trucks flying Confederate flags had been speeding in the area numerous times that day, and customers were complaining.

10:17 p.m. Feb. 6, Pismo Pier in Pismo Beach
A vehicle was reportedly driving on the pier. Officers stopped the driver, who said he was lost. He was advised about driving on the pier.
4:47 p.m. Feb. 8, 531 Five Cities Drive in Pismo Beach
A Rite-Aid employee said a woman attempted to purchase approximately $1,000 worth of items using several credit and gift cards using different names.
Mellow out, man
10:04 a.m. Feb. 9, Entrance to the pier in Pismo Beach
A person said a man near the pier was asking people for marijuana, and when they told him no, he got confrontational. Officers cited the man for having an open container and he was advised of soliciting.
1:28 p.m. Feb. 9, 100 block of Naomi Avenue in Pismo Beach
A woman said she received a telephone call from a man with a foreign accent who said she was being sued for not paying all her taxes. He wanted to confirm her Social Security number, and she told him he had the wrong one. Another man called from a law firm in Seattle and asked if she wanted to settle the lawsuit right then. She said no and ended the conversation.
12:58 p.m. Feb. 10, Toucan Terrace in Pismo Beach
A woman wearing a bra and underwear was standing in front of her house and dancing on a brown and maroon vehicle. Officers arrived and arrested the woman for being drunk, and told her male friend to go back inside.

11:48 p.m. Feb. 10, 698 Marsh St. in San Luis Obispo
A man and woman reportedly tried to hurt the owner of a foot spa.
12:50 p.m. Feb. 11, 699 Higuera St. in San Luis Obispo
A customer accused an employee of Uptown Jean Company of stealing his jacket.
1:10 p.m. Feb. 12, 1292 Foothill Blvd. in San Luis Obispo
Several subjects were on the roof of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity house, drinking alcohol.
Where’s her other half!?!
6:23 p.m. Feb. 12, 2241 Price St. in Pismo Beach
A “bottomless” female was offering alcohol to juveniles in the lobby of the Sea Crest Resort. The reportedly drunk woman was arrested.
10:54 p.m. Feb. 12, 100 block of Marian Way in Pismo Beach
A resident called 911 to report a loud party. An officer said the party-goers were leaving and the parents were arriving home as he showed up.
