Four people were arrested after a three-month investigation into heroin sales in Grover Beach and Oceano.
At 7 a.m. Thursday, investigators from several county agencies served a search warrant at 290 S. 10th Street and 261 S. 11th Street in Grover Beach, and at an undisclosed location in Oceano, according to a news release from the Grover Beach Police Department.
- Rod Thomas Cooper, 31, of Grover Beach, on suspicion of conspiracy to sell heroin and possession of heroin;
- Mark Edward Lepley, 44, of Grover Beach, on suspicion of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia;
- John Benton Lowerison, 58, of Shell Beach, for an alleged parole violation;
- Allen Wayne Sell, 45, of Grover Beach, on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
