Guests have ranked Atascadero’s Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in best overall guest satisfaction within its region for the past two years, General Manager Amar Sohi said.
The hotel participates in parent company InterContinental Hotels’ loyalty club, where guests who sign up can rank hotels in quality, product and service.
The Atascadero property was chosen for the top spot in those categories in 2010 and 2011 within the chain’s regional territory, which spans from Paso Robles to Los Angeles to Bakersfield. The certificates are hung at the front desk.
The hotel, at 9010 W. Front Road, has 80 rooms and 19 employees. Sohi and his staffers hope to next pursue the same honor in InterContinental Hotels’ global region, he said.
