Judson Clark, 38, became head coach of Puma Aquatic Team in 2000 when it had 18 swimmers. Owner since 2006, he’s expanded the club to 300 swimmers and 20 coaches at four county locations. “My job is to provide an environment where athletes can define and achieve their own goals,” Clark says. With a degree in English and education from the University of Redlands, Clark is finishing a master’s degree in kinesiology at Cal Poly.
