Carmel and Naccasha has hired Emilie Elliott to join the local law firm as an attorney. Elliott, who has worked for firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles, has distinguished herself in many of the firm’s primary practice areas including business and intellectual property transactions and employment law, according to a company news release.
Elliott has also practiced in antitrust and unfair competition, business and entertainment litigation and intellectual property litigation.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychobiology from the UCLA and her law degree from the University of Southern California.
Elliott participated in the Post Conviction Justice Project and has been a member of the California Bar since 2005.
She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She also has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Creighton University.
