Clarification: No word on city manager appointment from Atascadero officials

An earlier version of this story didn't mention that three people spoke during a closed session public comment before the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday. Their comments recommended hiring Administrative Services Director Rachelle Rickard to the position, according to the city.
