UPDATE | 2:30 p.m. Authorities have released the names of the three people arrested in Wednesday's operation.
Shawn Davis, 28, of Shandon was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation, felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property and resisting arrest, according to Chief Deputy Michael Dutra of the county Probation Department. Officers also seized a small quantity of methamphetamine, he said.
Davis remained in County Jail as of Friday afternoon, according to the Sheriff’s Department website.
Samuel Campos-Salgado, 18 of Shandon, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a restricted weapon — a sawed-off shotgun, Dutra said. Officers also seized a handgun, he said. Campos-Salgado was still in County Jail on Friday.
Johnnie Loudermilk, 40, of San Miguel was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation, Dutra said.
Online jail records did not show Loudermilk as being in custody Friday.
Original story: Three adults were arrested Wednesday during a multi-agency operation targeting 35 adults and juveniles on probation and parole in San Miguel and Shandon, authorities announced Thursday.
Participants included 29 officers and three narcotics detection dogs from the county Probation Department, Sheriff’s Department and Gang Task Force, Atascadero State Hospital Police and the FBI.
One person was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation, and another was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation, possession of an illegal drug, possession of stolen property and resisting arrest.
Another adult was arrested on suspicion of violating probation and possession of a restricted weapon. Authorities also seized a sawed-off shotgun, a handgun and small amounts of methamphetamine and marijuana.
The Probation Department did not disclose the names of those arrested.
