Police arrested four San Luis Obispo residents after serving search warrants at two local homes while following up on a series of residential burglaries committed throughout the city in the last month.
Detectives, along with the San Luis Obispo County Narcotics Task Force, served search warrants at 125 Los Cerros Drive and 923 Bluebell Way at 7:30 a.m. Thursday continuing an investigation launched after the arrest of Oillie Rayshawn Tinoco, 15, for allegedly raping a 19-year-old woman Friday.
Detectives say they have connected him to several of the burglaries, prompting the ongoing investigation. Stolen property was found at both houses, including electronics, such as cell phones, and a bike.
Minda Crancer, 35, and a 17-year-old male were arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property. Crancer was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Ecstasy, for sale. She was booked into County Jail with bail set at $25,000. The 17-year-old juvenile was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Juvenile Services Center.
Melody Dowlet Abadi, 20, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. She was booked into County Jail with bail set at $20,000.
Colton Arbuckle, 18, was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary and was booked into County Jail with bail set at $50,000.
