Dog Splash Days at Templeton Community Park will be Friday through Sunday.
Doggie swim times will be from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Friday for little or senior dogs, 3 to 6 p.m. Friday for all dogs and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday for all dogs. Admission of $20 includes a raffle ticket for doggy and people treats.
Proceeds benefit Vineyard Dog Park in Templeton. Owner must bring paper proof of current rabies vaccination. No unneutered adult dogs and no puppies younger than 4 months.

All calendar proceeds will support Animal Shelter Adoption Partners’ ongoing community education efforts to reduce the number of dogs and cats dropped off at the San Luis Obispo County Animal Shelter.

The TOO SLO Chapter of the California Turtle and Tortoise Club will present a Turtle, Tortoise and Reptile Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Veterans Memorial Building at 801 Grand Ave. in San Luis Obispo.
The event will feature exotic turtles and tortoises, a reptile display, educational exhibits, conservation groups, care and adoption information and raffle prizes.
