Bakery memories are still fresh
It was like a dream: At a recent local event, someone greeted me warmly and said, “I don’t know if you remember me, but you catered my wedding 22 years ago.” He said he still remembers fondly the food we provided, and even described his favorite item.

There are so many good causes this holiday season, so many nonprofit pleas for funds. We want to help them all. We can’t. So we pick the ones that speak most eloquently to our souls and our hearts, send what money we can and try to find ways to help the others.
