If youre looking to de-stress, consider some spa rejuvenation.
The spa at the Inn at Morro Bay (800-321-9566) offers a range of 25-, 55- and 80-minute treatments including massage, aromatherapy, scrubs, wraps and more as well as 2- and 3-hour packages for the ultimate in pampering. Prices start at $55 and go up to $255. Couples massage and body therapy also available.
Serenity by the Sea (545 Main St., Suite C-1, 805-772-7333) delivers massages, facials, manicures and spa pedicures with chamomile tea, lemon water, chilled apples, soothing music and a water fountain. Starting at $70 for massage, $65 for facials and $20 for manicure and pedicures.
If youd like to fit in a yoga practice, drop in at the Holistic Movement Center (895 Napa St., Suite B2., 805-924-1334). Call or go online to get the class schedule. Classes cost $15, and the center sometimes offers weekend workshops.
