Classic rock band Foghat, alt-country band Reckless Kelly and country singer-songwriter Brandy Clark are among the acts performing for free this summer at the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles.
The fair announced the final acts for its Fort Frontier Stage entertainment lineup Monday.
Contemporary Christian musician Brandon Heath will perform on July 21. His hits include “Give Me Your Eyes” and “Love Never Fails.”
Reckless Kelly performs July 23. The Grammy Award-winning group behind “Wicked Twisted Road” and “Nobody’s Girl” also played at the fair in 2014.
Playing July 25 is Clark, who penned The Band Perry’s “Better Dig Two” and Kacey Musgraves’ “Follow Your Arrow.” She’s currently making the rounds with her anthem “Girl Next Door.”
Foghat takes the stage July 29. The band, whose hits include “Slow Ride” and “Fool for the City,” previously performed at the fair in 2007 and 2012.
Tribute band The Highwaymen Live, whose members channel country stars Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson, performs July 30.
A trio of Latin-influenced musical acts is also included in the lineup.
Tex-Mex trio The Last Bandoleros, performing July 22, recently bursted onto the country scene with the single “Where Do You Go?”
Mexican grupera band Los Mismos, known for the songs “Te Amo, Mamá” and “Mi Mayor Necesidad,” takes the stage July 24.
Playing July 31 is Noel Torres, a regional Mexican singer-songwriter and accordionist whose hits include “Me Interesas” and “Adivina.”
Each act will play two shows on the Fort Frontier Stage. The concerts are free with fair admission.
